I have kept pictures of Smoked Duck Breast that crafted into ham shape since two months ago. Don’t think that I got it from stores! I received duck breasts from my former co-worker.
My uncle in law who always likes to help people was willing to facilitate me. When I told him that I had some duck breasts to smoke, he was saying he would ask somebody to do it for me.
As you can see, the duck breasts had altered. They changed into ham shape. Honestly, I don’t eat ham, so I don’t know how ham tastes like. A.G whom I gave samples of smoked duck breast said that it tasted very similar to ham.
What did I do with this crafty meat? I added into fried rice, noodle, sandwich, and any kinds of soup. Please click “read more” below to see one of the dish examples.

Interesting, first time I see this type of smoked duck breast. I bet it's fragrant.
