This recipe was adapted from teh Lina’s recipe. She posted her recipe at . Since I had chicken broth leftover, I used it for cooking this rice.

1 cups rice
2 cloves garlic, minced
2-3 cm ginger, finely chopped
1 cup chicken broth of remaining candlenuts chicken wings and add 1 cup of water
2-3 tbsp cilantro, finely chopped
salt as desired

In a medium wok, stir fry garlic and ginger until fragrant, add chicken broth, rice, and cilantro, stir evenly. Transfer to a rice cooker and cook until done. Serve with candlenuts chicken wings, sambal terasi and lalapan (raw vegetables)
