Here is another ingredient that I talked on my previous post, Long Green Chilies. I bought some tomatillos for making samba lado mudo, since I haven’t seen any green unripe tomatoes for purchased in Winnipeg. I have made samba lado mudo couple times by substituting green tomatoes for bilimbis (Indonesian: belimbing sayur, belimbing wuluh) or sometimes regular tomatoes. These pictures were taken a week ago while I didn’t have time to upload due to my work schedule (I had to leave early in the morning at 6 AM). All these pictures were taken in the night, with Canon Digital Rebel XTi, Canon EF 100mm f/2.8 USM Macro Lens, ISO 100, Av shutting mode, no flash required, hand-handled.
