Berry Mascarpone Mini Tarts

1 package frozen mini fillo shells ready to use (contains 15 shells)
1/2 cup mascarpone
2 tbsp icing sugar
1/4 cup frozen bluberries
1/4 cup frozen mixed berries (bumbleberries)
1 tbsp sugar
1. Preheat oven at 350F. Bake fillo tart shells for 10-15 minutes.
2. Berries compote: in a small saucepan, add blueberry and 1 tbsp sugar. Cook on medium heat for 10 min or until the juice starts to come out. Transfer them into a strainer and force them through the strainer. Let the juice cool down for 15 minutes. Separate 2 tsp of bluberry juice for mascarpone filling, then combine the remaining with mixed berries
3. For the filling, mix the Mascarpone, 2 tsp blueberry juice and icing sugar to taste.
4. Fill the shells with Mascarpone filling and pour berries on top.
