4 chicken wings
2 toasted/roasted candlenuts
3 cloves garlic, bruised
1-2 tbsp ground corriander seed
2 Indonesian bay leaves / salam leaves
salt and sugar to season
Drizzle lime juice over the wings and flip them and marinate for 15-30 minutes
In a pot, add wings, garlic, corriander, salam leaves, candlenuts, salt and sugar. Bring to a boil at medium low heat. Drain the wings and deep fry until golden brown.
